Chain snatching on railway platforms of Navi Mumbai :

it's never happend in navi mumbai since i am living here from last 15 years. The cases of chain snaching and pickpocketing rising in navi mumbai. is there any law and order in city? But still i believe in Indian judicial system and Police hence i am writing here.
In navi mumbai while traveling through Seawoods , Nerul, And Belapur i have notice that meny young group hanging out side doors of train and mailly beside ladise compartments , thease gyus abuses ladise when train about to start, when any girl or lady replies and turned towards train these guys snaches mangalsutras , neckleses, chains from their neck. not only chains bu purses too. these guys are in large groups 10/12. so other passengers have to watch these with necked eyes. these cases happend at morning nearly office time, afternoon and evening around 7-9 pm. these peoples re busy to reach offices or home hence they neglected.
another things regarding railway crime some groups alwayse gatherd near train gate and keep hanging in whole journy. these guys not allow peoples to exit and enter in train easily this problem is present in all lines (Central, Western, harbor, ) police should monitor at least on plat form. i saw the police arrested such groups on wadala railway station many times. then why it's not happening in navi mumbai.
Our police force is capable to control situations but they are not implementing their powers.

Navi mumbai police and RPF please take this complaint seriously.
