Uniconnect has the most disappointing services that you can ever think of !! Used it for my recent travels to China and disappointed beyond words !! Recharging the damn number is as difficult a process as it cud have been, false claims of customer support being in English! Apparently i had some Chinese man or woman talking to me .. Uniconnect will promise something else, deliver something else and their services will be on different level totally something else!! I would rate them as the worst service providers in the market!
