Indian Railways - resubmitting complaint with correct date ..Loss of Mobile and my purse in Train

I WAS TRAVELLING WITH MY WIFE JASJEET KAUR ON TRAIN NO. 19105, HARIDWAR MAIL FROM JAIPUR TO TAPRI ON 07.02.2011 ON MY TICKET PNR No ********50

On Old Delhi Station, at around 5.30 am. while i was laying on my sleeper, some unidentified person snatched purse from my wife and ran away.
Our purse was having around Rs 1000/- in cash along with a mobile phone and PAN Card of mine No.ABUPB9497R
Details of Mobile are: Make -SAMSUNG METRO5200

Somebody has rang on many No.s from my SIM Card-********31 on 08.02.2011 and 09.02.2011 and used my outstanding balance till it got exausted. I was outstation for many days, so I could block my No only after 15 Feb2011 and got duplicate SIM.
I fear somebody may be using my Mobile. I request to Block my mobile with above IME and Sr No. and trace it location which may take you to culprit and help me in getting my lost PAN also.

Sorry for giving wrong date in my earlier complaint.
The date of jourmey is 07.02.2011 instead of 07.01.2011
