It is disappointing to know that you had a bad experience on your purchase of Aiptek DV 8900 8 Mega Pixel Digital Camcorder from Naaptol.com. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

However, I've found that the Aiptek DV 8900 8 Mega Pixel Digital Camcorder has been replaced and redelivered to you on 16/06/2010.
