It is disappointing to know that you had a bad experience on your purchase of 8GB Green Apple MP3 and MP4 Player from Naaptol.com. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

However, I've found that the 8GB Green Apple MP3 and MP4 Player has been replaced and redelivered to you on 22/04/2010.
