Dear Mr. Kapadiya,

It is disappointing to know that you had a bad experience on your purchase of Car Multimedia Player with USB, MP3 and FM from Naaptol.com. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Your complaint has been noted and would be resolved at the earliest, as we have escalated your case to the concerned department who will refund the amount at the earliest.
