Dear Mr. Bhatia,

It is disappointing to know that you had a bad experience on your purchase of your Boss e Phone 3300 from Naaptol.com. I, on behalf of Naaptol would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. However, we are working on to improve our service, so you would not face any inconvenience in future.

Also, we would like to inform you that the six months warranty period for Boss e Phone 3300 starts from the date of delivery, irrespective of the manufacturing date.

After checking your Naaptol account, I've found that your request for refund has been escalated and the full amount has been refunded back to you:
