First of all thanks for keeping a seperate counter for abovementioned passengers.

1. The Object of this passengers should not be kept standing for purchase of Railway tickets, But It was usually found that the Queue in this counter is so long. Some time It is longer than the other regular counters for Tickets. When I asked to the concerned Clerk at the Reservation counter, She told me that on average the enquiry per peson is around 5 to 8 different Trains and hence the length of the Queue.

Hence It is suggested that the DIVIDER to be kept at this counter and sign Board to kept left side and the Right side for the purchase of Tickets for the above preveleged Passengers.


2. I observed that the Credit Cards is not being accepted on all this Reservation Counters e.g. at DADAR, MUMBAI.


So, You are requested to please look into the matter and do the needful.
