Indian Railways - RESERVATION CLERK NOT PERFORMING THEIR DUTY PROPERLY

I am very sad while bringing this in your notice that the resevation staff and clerk at panki station in U.P is not perforing their duty timely& they are very very rude and they don't perform their duty the way it is required to be done.on dated 01 july 2011 i was standing in the line from 6:15 but i couldn't get my tatkal reservation because reservation counter was not opened timly. I asked the person sitting at counter no-2 that i ave tatkla booking so i need to done it early, when would reservation counter opened but he yelled in a very bad way. i had complaint to station master regarding the matter but he does not pay any heed regading my problem.finally i had lodged a written complaint on page no-30 in a complaint book. Many senior citizens were standing in that line. all felt very disgusted. There was someone from the railway deparment who was booking tickets on commission, he was charging very high for each ticket. This is a very shameful situation for the indian railways. I am very sorry to say but this is very disgusting. We are harrassed and humiliated. please look into this matter. this happens everyday wit so many people.
