I orderd the spy pen on dtd 07-12-2010 and I have recvd pen on dtd 24-12-2010 but when I operated the pen I found that the pen was not working properly, so I contact with ur customer care assistance and as per suggestion I sent back my pen by maruti currier services on dtd 08-01-2011. After few days I contact with customer care and on 19 th jan. 2011 I have received massage on my mobile no. ********19 that Dear customer, your order no 1022178 is ready for reshipping, for any assistance kindly contact ********48 as per this massage I continusely contact with customer care centre but from 19 th jan 2011 to still now I have given only repeated answer from the above centre that ur product ready for reshipping and shorly received u.
Today again I contact with customer care and they give me same answer, and miss bhaghyashri who attend my call give me a promise that my product will received me 7 to 8 days confirmly, and don't tried to submit the complaints or sent mail to compony,wait for 8days it vi be defenately recved back u, but again they chitted my, already i lanch complint against them on consumer daddy, so I kindly request you to please return me my product urgently.
