The officers at the tiruvallur booking counter at about 12.55pm on 22/03/17 refused to accept my absolutely fine Rs. 50 note stating that banks don't accept them. I requested them to take it as my train was about to leave and I had an appointment lined up,but they denied and replied harshly. Moreover only two counters were open and the lady at the first counter convinced other officer to refuse it though he accepted at first. I faced lot of inconvenience and insult because of them ,so I request you to redress my problem. Ashok Kumar Jain
