i am facing problem since 8 months. my land line not frequently get dead or out of order.i finally met g.m BSNLl at Indore (MR.KHARE ) in july but problem persists till date.no permanent solution was given by BSNL, EVERY TIME I HAVE TO CALL SHRIVASTAVA JI,(AREA ) but this time this praposition is also fAILED , AND MY TELEPHONE IS COMPLETELY DEAD SINCE THREE DAYS,
Complainant's Goal: I WANT THAT TELEPHONE FAULT PROMBLEM MUST BE CURE PERMANENTLY
