Dear Sir,
I would like to convey this serious issue at arrakkoman railway station regarding the announcemnt of local train arrival and depature of trains from which platform number in morning is very common that people crossover the track for changing the platform on seeing the train coming due to that there is no information form the annnouncment room. It is very difficult for the aged people and ladies with childrens to cross over the bridge in few minutes as the trains takes within 5 mintes on arrival please consider this serious issue and take the required action on belhalf of the public welfare.
