Indian Railways - Regarding Online booking

sir,
I have booked an online ticket with Transaction ID 0********0, and PNR No: ********55, on 14/07/11 in " indianrailways.gov.in". When I wanted to cancel this ticket partially, when I visited the site it is showing a message that " e-ticketing is temporarily being stopped". When I compained their contact through email and phone, there is no response. I request the railway to suggest some way to cancel such tickets. This total negligence from Railway, and now I have only two days left, because my date of journey is on 08/08/11. Please help me

sir mai daily meerut suttle se up down karta hu. kawar ke time par is train se 5 se 6 dubbe hatta liye gaye the jo ki ab tak nahi lagaye gaye hai. jiske karan daily passenger ko bahut paresani ho rahi hai, pls, in dubbo ko dobara laga digiye, safar karna bahut bhari lag raha hai
