Personal - regarding about traffic police

i am very sorry to say this .this is happened to me two days back.i came from kakinada to secunderabad by gouthami express and i have three laggages too so i thought to take auto to reach home i.e at tarnaka.i asked a traffic police man who is busy in writing auto serial nos about auto,he said in line take one auto.when i reach to one auto i asked how much is the fare,he said give me 100 rs.i said it will be around 40 rs to tarnaka ,and why u need 100.meter is there na operate that i said.he said that police man se baath karo.when i talked with police man he said the rates are fix and need auto pay 100 thats all.when police man is doing all these things means who will take care about these type of issues.
