Hi, I bought a sewing machine for the first time, it stopped working within 1 month, hence i requested for replacement, they replaced it for 5 times but the product didn't work properly, after that they provided me a voucher to buy other products, so i bought a cookware set paying some extra amount, but again the product which i received is not proper fully broken.. When i asked for refund, again they are convincing to buy their product by giving a voucher, they are not refunding the amount.. Please help me with this. Take action on them..They are cheating each and every customer by providing defective products..
