Indian Railways - REFUND OF TICKET FARE FOR THE DELAYED TRAIN

Ticket (PNR No.23********).

In the above noted ticket pnr traveller are 2 Person. The train has delayed more than 1 day to the destination, Hence traveller not travelled on that train.

As per your refund rule of railways ( In case train is running late more than 3 hrs- full fare will be refunded).

I suppose to get Rs.1154/- from railway. But they refunded only Rs.576/-

I followup with them for the past 6 months, there is no proper reponse regarding my refund.

Kindly look into the matter, and arrange for refund of balance amount.
