Sir,
I have registered TDR on 21/05/2010. My refrence no is ekt2010052101263925. But till date money, which was in the tune of Rs 3534 was not refunded so far. The details of TDR is
Train No - 5227 Date - 20/05/2010 From Visakhapatnam to Muzaffarpur
PNR No - 4215095442 Transaction Id - 01********
Reason Train was diverted due to cyclone effect at that time and journey was not performed.
Please see the matter and do the needful
