Dear sir
Please look into the below matter. I have made 2 e-ticket but the train was cancelled due to Jat Agitation against which I also filed TDR but after 90 days no money has been refunded.
The status for all 2 shows ‘Refund under process’.
The details are as below:

I complaint for the same in Customer care but they provide me 0********18 mobile no , which i always get switched off
Please do something asap to refund the money as if we get delayed in cancellation they deduct the amount from money so why we can't penalize railway for such conditions.
