i hd booked a ticket on 3rd may for kathua to delhi by jammu Mail & it was in waiting no 31 for 3 tier a/c.the travel date was 6th june from kathua.on traveling dat it was sunday & my time for boading was 5.55 pm ,my tickrt was not confirmed & showing waiting 14 & when asked for refund counter was closed bcoz os sunday.next day refused to refund as computer sates too late,they sent my ticket by post to delhi for refund if any,do u hink it is fare??pls help by getting refund my PNR NO WAS:2406358500.PLS HELP
