Naaptol - Refund my money back

I have placed an order and got it delivered on 10-September-2010. The problem is with the SD Memory card (I explained the same to one of your customer care agent). Please find below my order details:

Model :Digital video camera DV552

I have explained more than 50 times (0********48)the same to Customer Care on various occasions but I did not get proper response.. This really is frustrating.

Finally I am not interest with that product and service,Refund my money,As per customer care discuss I am Return yours product via Blue dot (13011284856) on 22-10-2010 Yours End Receipted by Mr.Dass on 25-10-2010,The customer care people accept that and told "sent your money via cheque " still now i am not get any cheque& response from naaptol side, February 4th 2011 finally talk with naaptol person
