I had purchased a 16 GB Spy Pen from Naaptol in November, 2010. The product was faulty and it was replaced by Naaptol. Again the delivered product was faulty, so this time I had asked for refund against it. The faulty product was delivered at supplier's destination on 31st Dec. 2010. Since then, Approx. 2 and a half mont has elapsed but the supplier has not made any refund to me. In between I had made sevral calls at customer care of Naaptol but the matter has not been solved yet.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money (Rs. 1749) back paid to supplier on delivery.
