iam reena ,i made my bookings through gulf air round trip to mumbai chicago. while returning we had terrible experience from the airlines. our flight american airlines was delayed from chicago due to which we missed our connection to paris. we had to stay on the air port for more than 10 hrs without any thing,we were out of cash, my kids were hungry, & we were just send to one airlines to another tried to speak to the airlines personal but no one attended.from paris we went to dubai by emirates after crying & pleading infront of them reached dubai in the morning waited there for16 hrs. again the same senario american airlines, gulf air & emirates trying to pull out their hands we were not given the food vouchers, no place to stay for such a long time with kids.that was really rediculus.
my flight details were from chicago to paris by american airlines AA46 on 26th may 2013
paris to baharain gulf air 27th may 2013
baharain to mumbai gulf air 27 th & 28 th may.
instead of that it was like this:
chicago to paris american airlines AA46 on 26th may 2013 got delayed
paris to dubai emirates EK 76 on 27th may 2013 at 21:50
dubai to mumbai emirates EK 500 on 28th may 2013 at 22:50.
reached mumbai on 29th may 2013 . instead of 24 hrs journey it was 48 hrs

& that was not it my luggage was missing , all my bags were not found so after waiting for 2hrs i was told that your luggage has not come. till 30 hrs i did not receive my bags .after that i received 3 bags & again after 24hrs i received anither 3bags & still my car seat has not come. so after reading this even you will find it rediculus . i & my two kids have suffered a lot while travel, they were so tired after going to all the aitlines on both the air ports they cried also alot.
