I have submitted a few line for your kind perusal and necessary action please.

I C Ponnaiah from Tirunelveli (Distt) Tamil Nadu (State) I have reserved ticket at Anadhapuri Express (T/No.6124) Fm Tirunelveli to Chennai on 05 Nov \'09 in favour of my mummy (Mrs Santhi) in coach S4 seat No 57. I reach Tirunelveli R/station timely and frequently station announcement is Train No.6124 arrival at Platform No.02 but at could not stop at Platform No .02, It stop at PL No. 01without any announcement so lot of passenger including (ladies /senior citizen passenger) suddenly very disappointed and had problem of the short time platform change.Some ladies and old citizen got heavy strain/tension/factures on the short time movement.

It is request that kindly look to the matter lapse of railway staff/ station master and avoid in future such incident from any other station.

I support this complaint.

I had a very bad experience on 30-11-2009 when no announcement was made and the electronic sign boards were switched off. Boarding Mumbai express 6340 was a nightmare. Passengers were in panic as where the compartment would stop. Unless a stringent action is taken against the concerned staff / executives, no passenger would like to board the train from Tirunelveli station.
