Not possible to get platform tickets at any Railway stations in Delhi.

I want to draw attention of indian railway orgainsation on getting platform tickets at any Railway station in Delhi. I went to the railway station last thursday and tried to get a platform ticket as to see-off my parents. I was not able to get a platform ticket although it has been written that "Platform ticket is available on all windows" and separate ticket windows are also there but there are long queue on each window. Standing for more than an hour for just a platform ticket is really painfull. The platform ticket window are operationals only for few hours. And machines installed for platform tickets doesn't work. So I returned from the gate itselfas fearing of paying a penalty of more than Rs 500/- for without platform ticket.

Kindly take some actions regarding this as people like us want to obey the laws and help the government. Some suggestions:-
1. Can rectify the not working machines.
2. Can put separate counters only for platform tickets working with the pick hours.
