This complaint is agaist the type of quality of the brand koryo , which is sold in big bazaar out let , i had purchased the same from the store ( vasant kunj , ambience , new delhi ) .
Just to give you how was the experience was way to low from the standards .
while purchasing the item , it fell thrice from the sales person . They assured me for replacment , if there is any manufacturing defect .
After using the item for one week , i ahd found leakage of the water in the electric point of the electric kettle . The very next day i had went to the same store where after directed by customer care team went to the electronic store manger .
I had expressed the same to the manager , which do not re-place or issue a return card . Reason the kettle was heavily used and more over there is rust on th element .
i had requested for warrenty & return policy which they were not able to provide me at that time .
" RUST " - in just one wek means that the quality of water which was consumed by me has been detoriated due to the rust and my health has also been comprimised .
I want a re-fund on the amount and apology letter from the big bazaar team .
