I had bought a Uniconnect Sim Card for Germany and they delivered a broken sim card with chipped edges and the sim looked tattered, impossible to use. When I called their customer center, they refused to take the sim back or replace it with a new one. I am really happy that I just to settle with a minor amount of 200rs for the sim. God knows if the product was like that, how would the services be.
