I have booked a ticket no ******** pnr no 823-9233524 from dahanu road to hajrat nizamuddin against date 13 march 2010.I have cancelled the same on date 21.01.2010 its status at the time of booking was wl 90.But the cancellation charges taken was Rs 60/- by the booking counter at Hisar railway station as per raiway rules the cancellation amount should be Rs 40 per person.Kindly do the needful
