Nokia India - Problem with Nokia N79. Not handeled properly by Nokia Care.

I have purchased my Nokia N79 on 3rd October 2009[Invoice No. ********9 purchased @ Spice Retail Ltd, S3 1st Floor Sahara Mall IMEI No. 35********22189].

After some time I had experienced some problem. It starts vibrating and themes getting changed continuously.

I made a complaint for this to Nokia Care center @
Instant Solutions , Shop No 5 - 8, Devi Palace, 522/3, Opposite Raj Cinema,Prem nagar, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon 122001 .

But they just told me that they can only update the software to fix this problem. They updated the software but problem was not solved.

Again I went to Nokia care center with in warranty period @
Sheetla WLL Services, Old Delhi Road, Opp. Plaza Solitare,Sector-14, Gurgaon.

They told me that this is not a problem but it is a feature of N79. They also told me how to disable this. I tried to use my phone after disabling this feature as told by them. But even after that the same problem occurred. I meet them after 2 days and told them about occurrence of the same issue even after feature is disabled.
They told me that they can't do anything else except updating software. They updated software. But still the issue was unresolved. I went again, but this time they did not entertained my issue. I also told them to solve this problem as warranty period is going over within one month aprox. But they told just to update software. After that I made a complaint to Nokia customer care. Even Nokia customer care did not solved my problem and did not accepted any fault in providing services by Nokia Care.

After that I have to leave India for next three months for some official purpose.

Now because of Nokia's irresponsible behavior problem in my phone is still there. They do not have technically educated people @ Nokia care centers. They are simply harassing people and made delays in service. Even Nokia customer care do not replied to my requests after more than 4 months.

nokiadigitalmarketing@ovi.com -- email given by Nokia is not working and mails are not getting delivered to them. It shows how irresposible company Nokia is.
