idea cellular Ltd - Portability from Idea to Vodafone

Regarding Portability not done from Idea to Vodafone.

I have applied for portabilty due to network problem in my offices area,

Twice i have applied for portabilty from idea to vodafone.

Idea has not disconnected my no from its network due to this i am unable to switch to vodafone.

Once i had applied on Nov 11, and 2nd time in 10 Jan 12, still idea has not disconnected nor registering a complaint if i call 198, no proper feedback from customer care asking to check at vodafone, i have sent a mail to idea still no feedback from them,

When checked at vodafone store, they informed me that idea has not disconnected the service and still today there is outgoing in my idea mobile.

i dont know whom to contact and how to get solution for this.

My idea no : 9080725800.

I have almost spent around 500 for this portabilty.
