idea cellular Ltd - Idea Celluar Ltd. had deducted incorrect amount of money

Hi,
This is with reference of incorrect deduction from my idea mobile number 08871528070.
the Idea Cellualer Ltd had deducted Rs. 460 from my acount and after my repeded call to customer care they had not yet provided me the suffecient cause for the said deduction, even on the phone with customer care they refused to register my complaint so i had to visit their customer care office and launched the complaint my complaint No.1-19344131576 .
According to them the said deduction is made for GPRS USAGES with in one hour dated 3/11/11, how can this be possiable with in one hour a person can download such the big DATA on 2G network but they are not willing to resolve my problem
Top of that i am using the idea Rs. 98 GPRS plan for the GPRS uages, so the above said deduction should be deductad from the GPRS DATA account instead of my main account.
I have launched the complaint No.1-19344131576 but got the message that the dudection was not incorrect and now the company can not do any thing.
