Indian Railways - Poor Service offered by the Indian Railways

Hi, I\'m Debabrata Mishra. I\'m a citizen of Rourkela. Here one can positively see the bad condition offered by the Indian Railways in Rourkela Railway Station.Rourkela is an important station which lie in the main route of Mumbai-Kolkata line. So, most of the trains confined to this route stops at this station.But, the number of express trains introduced within the popular cities of Orissa, like Bhubaneswar, Puri, etc. are very few, whereas the number of passengers traveling in them are very huge.So, I like to convey this message to the Railway Ministry of India to introduce some more number of express trains, so as to satisfy the needs of each and every person, who wants to travel between these two destinations. And also the service offered by the Indian Railways is really very poor. Sleeper Coaches of a number of trains bypassing this junction is really worst. I think, the maintenance of sleeper coaches is not carried out properly.Not only Sleeper Class Coaches but also other coaches, but in case of Sleeper Class its the worst.Most of the trains always arrives late in this Junction. The number of platforms is limited to 6. I think the number of diverging railway lines should be increased as well as, the number of Railway Platforms should be increased. The Toilets should be cleaned regularly as the bad smell always troubles the passengers standing nearby any train and when a passenger enters the toilet.The Railway Station should also be cleaned properly and regularly.Though the No Smoking sign is pasted inside the Railway Boogies , peoples used to smoke inside the train. So I suggest you to ban smoking inside the train, and anyone who will be held doing this illegal work will be fined heavily.
