I got my Kent ro serviced on 19/6/13. Three candles and lamp was changed. Total charges were 3985. But even after paying that much money my ro is not working properly. First it was giving very less water and now a beep sound is coming from it. I called the engineer who serviced it. (Ashish..emp code 1515) he is asking for 200rs as a visit charge. Even though Iwas told that there is 3 month warranty on service
