I had been using this product for the past one year and half and has been a nightmarish experience till now. It was a waste of an investment and servicing is very poor. This Kent Grand+ is giving performance issues one or other and the service personnel have been changing the parts and I had to shelve out another Rs.7500/- other than Rs.14500/-. Overall the performance and the product is of poor quality and I hope the Company takes care in future.
