Indian Railways - Poor service

I am traveling from Bhopal to pune in 3 AC on 26-Jun 2010 in Jhelum express ( 1078 ) . PNR number is 2304456756. As per rule person should get 2 bedsheets, blanket, pillow and nepkin, but they have provided only one bedsheet, blanket and pillow. when i asked about second bedsheet attender responce was bedsheets are not available. Same has been brought to notice to TT. I have asked for complaints book but it was not provided. Also attender started collecting bedsheet and blankets at 11 am , Shedule arrival time at pune is 2.30 PM. This is very poor service and attender\'s behavior is worst.

Also wash basin was choked, there is no cleaniness. Railway is charging for all these things from pessenger then why they are providing facilities to pessenger.

It is requested to revert on this issue ASAP

I support this complaint.

Recently me and my husband travelled in Jhelum express from new Delhi to Pune. And we faced the same problem. Moreover there was no power supply in switches. When we asked electrician about this. He said becuase of overload power supply is getting tripped. But in other cabins there was continuos power supply.
