Hi,
This is to express my deep disappointment in the poor level of service offered to me during my transaction with you.
Issue:
My order reference number mentioned was delivered with a broken base bowl, without which the whole kitchen equipment is useless.
I raised a service call via ********30 with your customer care on 16th Nov 2014 at 9:40am &9:42am where in the person offered to replace the broken piece.
Grievance:
After my call to your customer care on 16th Nov 2014 from mobile number ********11, 9:40am & 9:42am, there is no response from your side.
When i make a call on Nov 29th, I get a response that they have still not despatched the material and that they would do it on Monday or Tuesday.
I have waited like any decent customer expecting a professional service & closure to my customer complaint.
However your response shows the laxity in your service quality standards and its governance which has caused monetary & otherwise losses to me.
Having caused serious grievance to me as a customer,I will be forced to take this up through your escalation matrix first and then to the grievance resolution mechanism.
