At the outset I must compliment the railways for such a vast network of rails and progressively enhancing this network to felicitate the travel .

I had the opportunity to travel from Pune to Delhi and back by Durronto express and Goa express . It was appalling to see that the trains were not serviced before departure from Pune and Delhi . The refuse recepticals were full and out not emptied .The wash basins and bathrooms were filthy . These were not even attended to during the routine halts .

Complainant's Goal: improve - since the service is also used by foreign tourists .
