I had called their support number seeking certain information about their European sim card, what countries I could use it in and what would be the best plan for me. Despite giving them all the information twice, I was asked the third time and from a new sales person. It got so taxing and super irritating dealing with their not so updated systems, that I decided not using their service at all.
