I had booked a ticket for my father to go from Nizamudhin to Jalandhar City by Chattisgarh Express (Train No 8237) on 11th Oct, 09. His ticket was booked AC 3 Tier Coach (B1-Seat No 8). But during the course of complete journey, the Air Conditioner of the coach was not working. With repeated request from the passengers to the railway staff, they finally switched on the fans, but still the AC didnt work whole night. It is highly inconvenient for passanger specially when we have paid for some facility and that has not been provided, we could have booked the ticket in second class instead. I would like to escalate this matter to concerned authroities and would like to get the refund of the additional fair I paid to book the ticket in AC.
