Dear Sir/madam,

My PNR no.********45 as on 21/4/2012 was WL/7-12(6 passengers) & that to sustained till morning 9.30 today.
suddenly when chart prepared came our waiting list showed at 13-18.
We rechecked with the reservation counter in borivali, the officer was regreting to answer by stating this cannot happen only & told our waiting list is 13-18 & i dont know the further part.We went to station master he also replied the same.
I want to see the the waiting list as on 21/04/2012 to garibrath 12216 arrival chart.
Today also before the charting was done our waiting list was 5 to 10 & after charting it appears to be 13-18.
