I had ordered for a Mini Laptop sum days back, actually i wanted it urgently coz i wanted it so that i can gift it to my younger brother. The great thing that i experienced that unlike other online portals i received the product much before the said time. I was really astonished & surprised with this service...so quick..keep it up...not only this when i received it i faced some problem in operating it. Hence i lodged a complaint regarding this on the customer care #...but those guys...really pathetic...dont even listen...I was really dissapointed after this. Hence i mailed them on their domain at "contact@naaptol.com"...i should really thank this executive (Mr. Daniel Colaco) the way he treats the customer is amazing, he also apologised me for the inconvenience i had faced. He himself called me on my phone & explained each & everything so politely, it was really wonderful. It is always good to have such people in the organisation at the desk.. I got all my doubts cleared. I really appreciate dat...My brother is enjoying this product like anything. Thanks Daniel..Thanks Naaptol.
I can assure you that i would surely order one more item from this portal very shortly. Naaptol is really doing great thing in this context.
