I would like to know the platform ticket policy of the Indian Railways at the New Delhi
railway station.
I was harassed,threatened & abused on 3 Oct 2010 by one Mr. Khan of the Indian Railways towards the exit of Ajmeri gate side.(I suppose he is a Ticket collector)

Nobody knows whether platform tickets are sold at the NDLS or not after the stampede which occured in the month of May.
The staff of the Indian Railways,specially the likes of Mr Khan,should be the taught the
etiquittes & manners to talk to the passengers.
He literally threatened me & my wife & showed utter disrespect.
I felt really bad after this incidence.
I will take this issue right upto the railway board & Ministry of railways.

And i would like to request the Railways to please make clear their Platform ticket policy so that innocent passengers like me are not harassed by people like Mr Khan of the Indian Railways.
