Indian Railways - Phone call not received on Enquiary no. at Kopargaon Railway Station

When anyone trying to call at Kopargaon & Kanhegaon Railway Station for any railway enquiry, Phone ringing continue but no one receive the call.
If anyone demand for complaint book then Station Admin replaid "Complaint book submit to Solapur division for checking".
we always getting this comment.
Complainant's Goal: They have to receive the & given proper answer to called person
