Respected Sir,
i had got a ticket booked on the date-25 OCT 10 in the name of SHUBHAM SHUKLA with the e-ticket no.-********33810 and the pnr-HCKGHG,using my UBI debit card on the website jetlite.com,the amount of purchase was 3684 rs.I got the same cancelled,& I have been expecting a refund since 15th DEC 10.The expected refund is 3284 rs.,& i haven't recieved the money so far.The airline authorities say that the money has already been transferred,they quote the refund no. & ask to check with the bank.While,the bank denies any such transaction.I am tired of complaining,&request for some immediate action.
