Claim for damaged Baggage
This is about the irresponsible and non satisfactory customer service.


Introduction:
I am M. Archunan. I performed a journey from Chennai to New Delhi on 15 – 06 – 2008 by the Jet Lite Flight. My baggage was damaged on reaching to New Delhi. Then I was approached to the office regarding this problem and I filled up the Baggage Irregularity Report.


Sufferings:
When I was approaching for the problem, there were no timely response from Jetlite officials. I was waiting about 1 Hour for the initial response itself. After 1 Hour they were filed the complaint ( Baggage Irregularity Report ). Then I requested them to arrange the new Baggage or at least some alternate mode for assist me to carry my thinks. But they were refused for the new Baggage. instead they told me that, “ we can not provide the new baggage at this time. Our person will come to your residence and collect the damaged baggage one day. After that he will deliver the new one on some other day”. Then I again requested them to arrange me some plastic bags at least. since my baggage was fully damaged and also it is raining heavily, I can not carry my things. They told me ”wait, let us see”. But after that they vanished. I was waiting more than 2 Hours. Nobody was ready to help me. After that I took my things by using a cloth ( Lungi ) like a beggar. You know, even auto driver was also not ready to accommodate me on seeing me like a beggar.


Loses:
The suitcase was fully damaged. I suffered very much mentally. After that I called the Jet Lite persons many times, around 20-30 times. But there is no response. There is always the same repeated answer. The answer is today we will send the person to your address. But now it is more then one year, but still I am getting the same answer.

Demand:
1.New suitcase for the damaged one.
2.Rs.100000/= for all my sufferings, irresponsible treatment and irrespective customer service
