I Mayank Makkar having file no Z090852 of passport registration.
Passport Registration Date: 28/ January /2011.

Complaint:

I applied for passport in January 2011 at Nehru Place office
My first police verification done in February 2011 and I fully satisfied the concerned person with all the relevant documents in original.

but after that verification , there was no response from passport office and website was showing pending police verification .

Again I submitted relevant document to passport office for second verification....

In November 2011, They did verification and then I again fully satisfied that person with documents.

But till now ,I did not get any response from passport office.

And concerned at passport office always denying to provide receipt of request application
