I have Applied for Passport on 4 Nov 2009 From
Allahabad File No (LKOA21807509)where i have been staying for past 16
Year's after police Verification from LIU Allahabad
my application was rerouted to Azamgarh (Native
Place) as I am Residing in a Railway quarter in
Allahabad till July 2010 Status was showing

I personally met the Pro in July and was Informed that Rpo Lucknow has sent the Enquiry to Azamgarh after unneceraily holding my application for 4 months I have also contacted LIU Azamgarh and they have Dispatched my Application on 12-11-10 but I can still see the satus as same RPO Lucknow has been UNneceraily holding the Application to attract Service Fee (Bribe) which Unfortunately I had to Pay at to local station's and LIU Azamgarh but I am yet to receive My passport I would appreciate if I can get my Passport issued as soon as possible as it has been more than 13 months now.

Same case is with me.
I am also living in Railway Quarter since my birth (1986 , more than 28 years).
My passport application date is 05/09/2014, I have gone through police verification process , first police came to my home and then I visited police station (Dhuman Ganj) for the same. There I submitted fees Rs.1200 also to relative police man.
Then after 3 days I got a call from that police man and he said that Its your railway quarter, its not your permanent address then he asked for my parents native place, I told the same with clarification that i dont have any ID proof for my parent's native address.
After few days I checked it status it showing "Police verification is not clear, Its under RPO".
Then I file RTI to know the status, then I got that its been asked to Faizabad (my parent's native place) to share report.

I went to Faizabad also, but respective police station of Faizabad said that they dont have any application relative to me.

I am stucked at this point. Dont know how to proceed.
