penalty of wharage of parcel goods in railways is Rs.1/Hour (earlier it is Rs.1/Day).But dlivery will be given to customers in office hours i.e.,from 09:00 to 17:00 Hrs only.i feel it is wrong to take penality for rest of 16 Houas when office is closed.oterwise offic should operate round the clock.
