Hi,

I am regular user of Paytm , i had booked the ticket from pune to khamagaon on 14 Aug 2015_ RAJLAXMI TRAVELS (PUNE)-[NEW RAJA],Due to some reasons same travels was cancelled ,so i could not travel. and as paytm care said that if any travels is cancelled due to any reasons you will redound it .But now today is 24-Aug 2015.but still i dint get any refund or not reflect any amount in my payment wallet.

I have send may mails them but still the jaus say ..be patience...i thinks the don't no the meaning of patience.


Now pls help me to refund my money . i will be very thankful.
