Ref : Credit card No.45145********680 issued in name of Adisesha sai valid upto 07/19.
Today I got a call from Mob. No.********17 named as Preeti sarma, *(I verified that the call is from Delhi Metro, and Service provider is Vodafone) saying that she is calling from Axis Bank head office and asked me the Card number and CVV number so that I can receive a OTP after that every transcation can be get OTP regularly and demitisation it needs to be updated information to draw the money from ATMS upto the permitted limits.
After that I received SMS with OTP for of Rs.8000/- and of Rs.9990/- at around 15.34 and continuously while I was in AP with Pin Code number 517391 but the transaction done by other party somewhere else. Then I found that the amount are deducted from my account. All these have been done to PAYTM payment.
during that time I was in call with above mobile number and they had never given time to think off what they are doing, and made be to believe that they are from Axis Bank Ltd., During that telephonic payment was happened I was in PTM-517391 (Chittoor District), and they accessed my card with my details with some other computer/phone that which I did not ever been used till now.
Kindly look into the complaint and do the further action and return back my amount which was taken out from my account with all acts of fraudulent information and capturing of my card details.
